Susan AI started with one complaint: every chat sounded the same. So we wrote six that do not.

Our approach at Susan AI

We work on personality the way a writers' room works on characters. Each Susan AI companion has a backstory, a set of opinions, things she avoids and things she cannot stop talking about. Then we spend far too long on rhythm — reply length, when to ask a follow-up, when to let a silence sit.

What we deliberately did not build is a companion who agrees with everything. A conversation with no friction is a mirror, and mirrors get boring fast.

What Susan AI is not

Susan AI is entertainment. The companions are fictional characters and they are not a substitute for professional support, medical advice or a relationship with a person. We say that here rather than burying it in the footer.
