1. Acceptance of terms. By using Susan AI you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.
2. Eligibility. Susan AI is available only to people aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Nature of the service. Susan AI provides fictional companion characters for conversation and entertainment purposes.
4. Not real people. Every Susan AI companion is a fictional character. Portraits are generated imagery and do not depict real individuals.
5. No professional advice. Nothing said by a Susan AI companion is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
6. Emergencies. Susan AI is not an emergency service. In a crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
7. Account responsibility. If you create access credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity under them.
8. Accurate information. You agree that any information you provide to Susan AI is accurate and kept up to date.
9. Acceptable use. You may not use Susan AI for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
10. Prohibited content. You may not attempt to generate or distribute content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal activity.
11. No automated access. Scraping, crawling beyond published rules, or automated bulk access to Susan AI is not permitted.
12. No interference. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security of Susan AI.
13. Intellectual property. All branding, text, layout, imagery and character writing on Susan AI are protected and remain our property.
14. Limited licence. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Susan AI for personal purposes.
15. Your content. You keep ownership of what you write, and grant Susan AI a licence to process it in order to deliver the service.
16. Feedback. Suggestions you send about Susan AI may be used freely and without obligation or compensation.
17. Third-party services. Susan AI may rely on or link to third-party services governed by their own terms.
18. Availability. Susan AI is provided on an as-available basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
19. Changes to the service. We may add, modify or remove features, companions or pages from Susan AI at any time.
20. Pricing and payments. Where paid options exist, prices, billing cycles and renewal conditions are shown before you commit.
21. Refunds. Refund eligibility follows the conditions presented at the point of purchase and applicable consumer law.
22. Cancellation. You may stop using Susan AI at any time, and cancel any recurring option through the method provided at purchase.
23. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate access for users who breach these terms or misuse Susan AI.
24. Disclaimer of warranties. Susan AI is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
25. Limitation of liability. Susan AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
26. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Susan AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
27. Force majeure. Susan AI is not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
28. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the Susan AI operator.
29. Severability. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses of these Susan AI terms remain in force.
30. Updates to these terms. We may revise these terms; continued use of Susan AI after publication means you accept the revised version.
